We set off early today with our planned destination being the the country town of Bega in New south Wales. Today we would be stopping at:

Words go here.

Our journey today was going to be around 615km. Leaving Melbourne we jumped on the M1 to head to the Princess Highway.

It was good to be back on the road exploring again, today we would see about  20km of unsealed road each way to get out to the Cape Green lighthouse, The road is nor normal vehicles and no 4wd is needs to get there.

Well worth the drive as the views of the Cape Green Lighthouse and Boyd’s Tower are spectacular.

The final leg of our trip seen us was nothing to really write about, a short run up to Bega to end our day and have a cold beer somewhere.

The Bega Village Motor Inn was pretty good and it was a short walk to the Commercial hotel for a drinks and dinner. It had cooled down a fair bit so we sat close to the fireplace.
