Travelled down some lovely country roads today, got to check out an old timber covered bridge just south of Springfield IL.
Still plenty of corn and soya bean fields to be seen. Went most of the day helmet free, been loving riding without a helmet.
We visited the old Chain of Rocks Bridge on the Illinois – Missouri border, we spoke to some local workers. They said we could ride out and take some photos. Was really cool to ride over the old bridge out as far as where it kinks.
